Front desk people were very friendly and super helpful. Room was a little disappointing in comparison to staying at other Holiday Inns. Did not have enough hooks in bathroom. Breakfast was great- Location was great, and more affordable that staying downtown Nashville. Was in town just for a night for a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Only took about 15-20 minutes to get downtown. Very nice location.

Front-desk staff were all very friendly - cleaning staff spoke no English at all. The cleaning was not great... it's like every room is round - every corner had dirt and dust bunnies, we found food on the carpet and a couple of dead spiders. Very clean and comfortable room. The bus transfer into Nashville was very handy. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
