The sink in our room was clogged when we got there. They had someone come up to fix it and he made an absolute mess of the bathroom and just left. We cleaned his mess, and by the time we were done, the sink was backing up into the shower. They said they would issue me a credit, and two different employees told me they had. However, once I received the bill. There was nothing taken off.

Loved it! Superrrre close to strip!

Absolutely loved this place. It was so beautiful and the views were awesome and it was super close to the main strip. You come out of the hotel (on the side entrance) and turn right go through the light and the next street is the strip! Or you can walk through the indoor walkway which has some other shops and the big music museum. We walked that way on a rainy day and it was really cool. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful and Convenient

The OMNI was beautiful, clean, and sits directly across the street from Music City Center. It’s convenient to all of the Nashville attractions and provides a relaxing and friendly environment. Great staff, extra clean, and exceptionally maintained.

Upon arriving at the hotel during the nighttime, I was frequently approached by individuals experiencing homelessness in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, there were no staff members present to assist or provide a sense of security during these interactions. This lack of visible support made me feel uncomfortable and concerned for my safety. I believe the hotel could greatly improve the guest experience by implementing stronger safety measures and ensuring staff presence, especially during evening hours.
