The Space:

Gulch Hub is set up for groups who want their own beds, not a shuffle of air mattresses. Four bedrooms sleep 12 with real beds, so parents, kids, and friends all get a proper night's sleep, and the open-concept living and kitchen area keeps everyone together during the day.



The kitchen opens straight onto the living and dining space, with a large island, bar stools, and a pink chandelier-lit accent wall for the group to gather around while someone cooks. A glass-top dining table sits under its own neon happy hour sign, perfect for a family dinner or a round of pre-game cocktails before heading out to explore Nashville.



Upstairs, a disco ball and balloon-ready theme room set the stage for celebrations, and a microphone-themed bathroom above the soaking tub keeps the fun going after hours. Spend the day exploring the Gulch and 12 South, come home to mix drinks at the indoor bar, then wind up the night in the theme room before everyone splits off to their own beds, including the kids in the Bunk Room.

It's a stretch of the city built for weekend trips, close enough to the downtown energy and calm enough to actually recover between outings



Getting Around:

Rideshare is the easiest way to reach Broadway, the Gulch, and other Nashville hotspots just minutes away. The house also has an attached garage, so most groups won't need to worry about street parking for the whole trip
