The Space:

Lights & Leisure is two full homes standing side by side, booked together as one VRBO reservation, not a house divided in half. That means your group gets both homes entirely to yourselves, with no shared hallways or common areas, so multiple families or friend groups can spread out and still stay just steps apart.



Each home has its own full kitchen, its own laundry, and its own private rooftop, so nobody is sharing a washer or waiting on the stove with two dozen people in the house. Spend the day exploring Nashville, grill dinner on one rooftop as the sun goes down, ease into the hot tub on the other while the skyline lights up, then gather around the fire pit for the rest of the evening.



Both homes share an identical four-bedroom layout, each with its own bunk room, so families can split up however makes sense, one home per family or grandparents on one side and the rest of the group on the other, all under a single booking.

Rideshare is the easiest way to get into Broadway and downtown with a larger group, and most of Nashville's family-friendly landmarks are just a short drive from the property
