Everything about this stay was awesome. The check in/out and valet staff were friendly and professional. The room was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The linens were crisp and clean. No complaints and we would definitely stay again next time were in Nashville.

The staff is friendly and super helpful. Rooms are good sized and clean. Breakfast was good with make-your-own waffles. Room service is upon request. Located in midtown Nashville near the original Hattie B's, it is a bit off the beaten path and about one mile from Broadway (Uber!).

The room was just ok, nothing special. The check- in staff was unwelcoming and made us feel like we were interrupting them. They didn't know where any nearby coffee places were. The breakfast was ok.
