Urban studio/renovations 2025!

Charming studio cottage in the heart of Nashville, newly renovated! 1 1/2 miles from downtown and a block from Nashville's best local coffee shop, this is the perfect alternative to a hotel. Safe and established neighborhood charm right in the center of everything! Fast Wi-Fi, streaming channels, HULU live TV, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, convention oven, Keurig coffee machine - all in the charming Sylvan Park neighborhood, one of Nashville's IT places to live. Brand new shower, mini-split air/heat unit, freshly painted and more amenities, incl Alexa, multi-pronged charger for devices, kitchen gadgets and more!

Check in is at 3 PM but will allow earlier check in for $25 fee if available. Close to Greenway, the dog park, Centennial Park, walking distance from restaurants and greenery, 1 1/2 mi from downtown. The perfect location!!

Pets: I also allow pets for a $30 charge. I allow more than one pet on a case by case basis, for one time extra fee of $25.

Pet rules: MUST put linen covers (provided) over duvet cover and couch; will charge $50 fee if there is excessive pet hair on the furniture . Please be respectful of the property; clean paws if it's muddy outside before entering. Rug and towel provided for paw cleaning. Run fans to alleviate pet smell when leaving.

This is a great option if you are wanting to stay somewhere quaint and local, close to all the action with enough distance to enjoy Nashville as a true Nashvillian in one of the prime neighborhoods, Sylvan Park.

The neighborhood was fine and dog friendly and this is definitely close to downtown. But there were dead flowers in a vase on the table and a bug catcher in the window. The bathroom window was full of cobwebs and dead bugs. I am not sure the last time the host was actually in the apartment. She did not respond to messages a timely manner. The AC unit can’t keep up with summer heat. Overpriced for what you get.

Amazing Little Listing!

The owner was very understanding, friendly, and inviting! The area is wonderfully quiet, and the listing itself is beautiful. I couldnt believe the price for what we got, and its clear that the place is well-loved. The rules to stay are absolutely reasonable for pet-friendly listings, and made me feel so much better about staying there, knowing how well its taken care of. Would absolutely recommend and will likely book again on trips to Nashville!

Cute Studio for a short weekend trip

Came up to nashville for a concert and this was a great place to stay. Great place to walk the dog, and very convenient to get downtown. Check-in instructions were not clear but I think that might have been a vrbo glitch. Wpuld stay again

A thoroughly pleasant experience

The cottage is located in a cute, gentrifying area, with plenty of spaces for walking the dogs. It's maybe a two-minute drive from the Vanderbilt campus. The owner, Angela, was kind and easy to work with, and supplied us with simple and easy instuctions for checking-in and out. The cottage was more that adequately appointed, and we found ourselves thinking, "Hey, I wouldn't mind living here." We really enjoyed our two-night getaway. the dogs. The owner, Angela, was very kind and helpful

Truly Enjoyed our stat

This apartment is perfectly located for ride share commuting to events in Nashville. The deco is done in good taste and the bed was comfortable We had no problems finding it and Angela is a great communicator! We'll definitely stay here on our next trip to Music City!

Great little studio

We had a nice short stay at the studio, coming in for some live music in the city. Quick pointer: arriving at night, it is a bit unobvious as a way of entering the property. The unit and door are accessible via rear alley lot.

Fine for what we needed

Easy access to most parts of town! It was good for us knowing it was a short trip with minimal time spent here between activities. The space was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. AC is provided via a window unit and fan (neither of which were on when we arrived), which surprised us, so we were grateful for cooler weather. The shower is small and kitchen has minimal supplies.
