3 Story Townhouse with 4 full size bedrooms. The large comfortable Master has a balcony overlooking the garden with cool air conditioning plus a ceiling fan and large closet space. The adjacent bedroom has an even larger balcony overlooking the back yard. It has air conditioning and ceiling fan as well with a very large closet space. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the third floor. All bedrooms have, modern bamboo flooring and topped of with clean, fresh linens. The bathrooms are completely outfitted with fluffy, fresh towels and gushing cold and hot running water to relax you after a day out in the sunlight. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking, baking or if you would like to sip your favorite cup of tea or coffee or simply have a cold refreshing drink all the glasswares are available . The home is in a very quiet neighborhood very near to the airport. Wendys and subway are a few miles away. Grocery stores, fine dining and local restaurants, liquor Stores, bars and churches are a few miles away. Stuarts Cove is nearby only about a 10 minutes drive and a bus service is accessible near the property for you to enjoy a day of diving at Stuart's. We can arrange your transportation to and from the airport, a day out sight-seeing or if you want to go on fishing trips we can arrange this for you as well. We will be certain that you enjoy your home away from home.

5 great days in Nassau

Home was comfortable for 8-9 people staying 5 nights, and we cooked several meals there easily. Only 1 mi walk to beach and good restaurants. Walkable to airport. Grocery store 1.5 mi. Very important to rent car far in advance as rentals are in shortage at holidays and taxis are expensive. We really enjoyed Studio Cafe and Meze Grille for nice dinners. Wonderful stay with friends and family, and Barbara was very helpful in getting situated. liked Studio Cafe

Got bed bugs anyone

the host checked in on the second day. But we soon found out that the house is infested with fleas and bedbugs. Everyone that stayed had bite marks on their bodies. It rained the entire time we were there and there was an odor of sewage from the side and back windows so we had to keep the windows closed.. The neighboorhood was not the best, Was close to the airport was the focal point. Would not advise to rent it

This was the perfect location for a one night stay close to the airport. We were a group of 8 adults and everybody had a comfortable bed to sleep on with the option of air conditioning in each room. (Thank goodness!) We travelled with food but no drinks, and Barbara offered to take us to a nearby store for a few groceries. We were VERY thankful for this kind gesture.

Nice home, mostly positives but,,,,

The Home is large and can accommodate a lot of people. The Owner is very quick to respond to messages. The access when we got there was a key hidden somewhere, no lockbox or keypad. 3 of the bedrooms had Air Conditioning, the one with 2 single beds had no air in the 3rd floor and was way to hot to sleep in when we were there. The home is in an ok neighborhood. Directions online are difficult to understand. We stayed only 1 night. There's maybe a 20 minute walk to the north where the beach is and a couple restaurants are.

Really great location!

Perfect if you are staying over a night in Nassau and flying out the next day to an out island. Close to pick up groceries and to some good restaurants. Barbara is very responsive and easy to deal with.
