This property is perfect if you want quietness and away from the heavy flow of tourist coming off the cruises. It’s located at the east end of the island. You can drive to the west (Jaws Beach) in about 30-40 min. Grocery stores were 5 min away which had variates of items you find back home. 15-20 min from downtown area (Atlantis and Straw Market). There were some hiccups in the beginning it they were addressed quickly and resolved. Andrea was great at communicating with us and tending to our needs. Overall, our family had a great time at this property.

Beautiful house to stay at

The house was amazing. It was perfect for what me and my group of friends were doing. We’re getting married so we want a group to be close by the house provided more than enough beds and rooms. It was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was incredible 10 out of 10 would stay there again.

A truly incredible property

My family of seven just got got back from an amazing week at Andrea’s place in Nassau. The home/property is absolutely gorgeous (we were shocked with how nice it is) and Andrea’s customer service / responsiveness was excellent. The house itself is amazing, but the patio / pool area are truly incredible - it felt like we were in a private, luxury hotel. I would highly recommend this property and we will be back!

luxurious room for all!!

Beautiful and spacious property. lived up to the photos and everyone had a place to be social or solo. being able to see the sunrise on the shore was a very short walk. a little far from the notorious beaches, Atlantis and restaurants, but less challenging because we had a car. amazing property

Absolutely wonderful

If your considering this property take it from us you will not find a more clean, private, charming property anywhere else. Our host was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond. She even gave us a free ride to the airport when she didn’t have to. What a wonderful stay we had. We will most definitely return. My review is five stars and to be honest with you I think it’s the best property and best host we have ever had anywhere.
