Room was very expensive. It was a single king size bed and the room is very small. Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. No dining on site, but lots of great places to eat nearby. Snacks at the snack bar were quite expensive. Pillows were terrible, my husband woke up with a strained neck. We ended up using over six pillows to try to be comfortable. Sheets are not comfortable.

Un hotel bueno, un looby muy bueno, cómodo, el lo mejor. Los cuartos amplios pero los muebles ( closet, frigobar) no dejan espacio para moverte, ni para poner maletas. Los elevadores solo hay uno, tardaba mucho, le falta servicio de desayuno, pero en general bien. La atención de el lobby no buena.

This hotel was better than expected after reading some reviews. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was correct and helpful. Location was very good. I traveled with my nephews and this was a very very good experience.

The staff were very courteous but the room was just so-so. One problem was that the mattress was very hard and my husband couldn't get a good night's sleep. We didn't find out until check-out that our particular room had a hard bed! No one mentioned it at check-in. We thought all the mattresses were the same. So do ask when you check-in. The other problem was that the bathroom light is on a motion detector and a bright light goes on whenever you pass the detector. This is especially annoying when you use the bathroom during the night! I brought a small nightlight but it was useless with the bright bathroom light. Not a good thing when you want to go back to sleep at 3:00 am!

Hotel was under construction when I stayed there and it was dusty both in the lobby and on some of the floors. I had a junior suite on the top floor with a balcony and it was comfortable to have coffee outside. This is a basic hotel that is value oriented, but in a convenient location to transportation and walkable to Stanley Park.

Room was very comfortable, very clean. Door handle to the bathroom needs repair or replaced. Housekeeping staff was spectacular, front desk was very dismissive, no personality to be at a front desk of a hotel, doorman or gentleman watching the front area with the front desk staff not very personable either . I have worked customer service for many years along including front desk at a hotel and never have I experienced the lack of friendliness from a staff at a hotel. Housekeeping and maintenance had way better customer care than the lady checking us in.

The staff was excellent. The man at the front desk who checked us in, and the maids in the hall that were happy to provide more towels, etc. I had to give three stars on property condition b/c one elevator was not working on the first day of our stay which made waiting for the elevator to and from the 7th floor a bit lengthy. Also, there were m&m's found on the floor near the headboard between the bed and the window (from a previous guest). I do love this location as it is very convenient to my daughter's apartment so we like to stay here when we visit. The staff is always nice and the hotel is warm and welcoming so we will definitely stay in the future.

The cleaners didn’t clean our room first night so we came back to no clean towels and unmade bed etc. Second night they did clean but didn’t put coffee or coffee cups or water glasses in room .
