Excellent customer service and hot breakfast.
TV channels did not correspond wth the in room guide booklet.
Was charged $20 incidental fee the day after check-out. When I called I was told it would be reversed and that it’s standard procedure. First time this has ever happened after numerous stays in hotels around the world. Not standard procedure in my book.

As banking practises evolve, so to does the consumers' ability to see in real time the authorizations that are placed on our cards. What you saw, was a $20 pre-authorization - some banks show these as 'pending transactions', others as 'authorizations' - essentially it is, in our case, the hotel placing a temporary hold on those funds to ensure that should our guests utilize the additional features of the hotel that have an added cost, that there are funds available to cover the cost. This is indeed a standard practice that has been in place for decades; the main difference is now banks and credit card companies have the technology to provide that information in real time.
Any hold placed by a business typically release within 2-5 business days, depending on the individual financial institution/credit card company.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and comfortable. However, the fan in the room ran intermittently throughout the night and was very loud- so we didn’t sleep.
The wall thermostat was set so that the only options were auto fan or fan on. When I turned the system to off, the fan still ran :(

While it is very rare for our accessible parking spaces to all fill up, it does happen from time to time. Our Guest Service agents are always happy to assist however they can when this occurs - they have 'temporarily assigned' an additional space for a weekend when the need has arisen, so please don't ever hesitate to come and speak with the front desk any time!
