We loved our stay! We had a group of girls celebrating a birthday and the front desk staff at check in were so accommodating and friendly. Our flight landed early and one of our rooms was ready so she allowed an early check in and made sure our rooms were close together. The other staff on property were very friendly. It is in such a great location for food, beach and market activities. Everything we wanted to do was within a 10 minute walk. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. I do wish they had turned our fridge on sooner as it didn’t get cold until the day we left. We would’ve benefitted from having a cold fridge. Regardless we would recommended and stay again!!

Location was great. It was close to the beach and many restaurants. However, it was noisy. You can hear traffic noises even without opening the balcony doors. The hotel was located at a busy intersection. The hotel did provide ear plugs. The hotel seemed dated. The hallway and the room smelled really musky? I think they were short staffed in housekeeping. By the time the house keeping staff came around to our room to tidy, it was 430-5 pm end of the day and most times we were back at our hotel.

For the Cost of the Hotel, Almost $500 a night in August, The Standard of Cleaning is very low. We appreciated the Front desk on the way out did take note and Apologize kindly. Staff could be more professional as well, Cheerful would help in greeting and passing by during stay.

It was a nice hotel, old but comfy, air conditioned rooms, the pub was dark and a dungeon, pool and hot tub were very old and were not clean.

This property really has location going for it. Its a great location that is easily walkable to downtown, and hot sandy beach. The hotel itself is a bit dated, the ac in the room leaked so we had to put a towel underneath, and the parking at the hotel is not included, so thats an additional charge which seemed odd. Walls are a bit thin, so heard all the kids running up and down the hallways in the mornings and the drunken stumblers at night. But overall it was a good stay, if you plan to be out and about, on the beach and downtown, and just using the place to crash, its a great option.
