Almost everything in the room was dirty, the thing in the washroom were old and non working, they didnt have enough toiletries and the room was no where even close to the photos. The property has access to lot homeless people making it dangerous and unsafe. They even had to call the cops to get the homeless out of the property during the span of our stay.

The room didn’t look like the pictures. The taps in the washroom were dirty, missing silicone in the washroom. The tiled floor is dirty. The baseboard heater in the washroom was rusted. The ironing table is one of those mini ones that you have to put on the bed to iron which is not ideal. The TV is not set up for casting from your phone. The TV is not connected to the internet, therefore the streaming apps on the TV are not accessible. It’s wall to wall tiled, therefore if you are there in summer then it’s possibly okay, but in the other 3 seasons it’s uncomfortable to have your feet on a cold surface. Under the bed is full of dirt it obviously hasn’t been cleaned for weeks or months. I even saw a bottle under the bed. The fridge did not have complimentary bottles of water. The coffee machine needs a quick start sheet to avoid wasting one of only two packs of coffee. Also there is no complimentary body lotion. If you forgot yours then you will have to go to the nearest superstore or pharmacy to pick one up. Also note that the front desk is not open 24/7. It has opening and closing hours. Therefore you should make sure you come in time to check in.

We chose the hotel for its price and location. The room was clean, bed was okay, pillows too fat to sleep on. Kitchenette had what we needed though it was low on cutlery. Bathroom was very small but had what we needed. Too cold for pool, so no comment on that. I would stay there again, if I had my own pillow. Its clean and basic.

They do not provide face clothes or tea in the rooms. The cleaning staff did not give clean coffee mugs when they cleaned the room just left the dirty mugs on the table both days.
