Room was excellent the Night Manager that night we checked in made all the necessary arrangements for a taxi to take us to KGH at 5:30 am for my husband and myself as he was going in for Heart surgery. We rally enjoyed are stay and having the restaurant there was excellent great selection for breakfast thru supper. Could not ask for anything else everybody very helpful. Thanks

The TV required a passcode to access, the in-room phone did not work. The 1st floor rooms have an alternative entrance to the road. Ours, in room 124 did not catch correctly. It kept opening. However, once you were able to set the lock, it was near impossible to open - a security hazard if you're trying to exit quickly.

PET OWNER MUST READ THIS!!The pet friendly rooms are a motel style room facing the crossroads of two busy streets. The traffic noise was unbearable. I was unable to sleep!! Down shifting trucks, revving engines, and police sirens — ALL NIGHT LONG!! Because we prepaid we were not allowed reimbursement for the 4-nights we booked. We ended up at a different hotel and having to pay both hotels. Super frustrating. The reviews for the Ramada were good, but those traveling with pets should be aware this is not the hotel for you!!!
