Truly had a great stay here. We had a suite and it was nice and clean we were very happy with it. There is a Denny’s and White spot very close and the mall is across the highway. The pub is also great ! Good prices and good meals.

Liked: close to the mall & some restaurants. The bed was decent & the AC was wonderful. The staff was nice. We had adjoining rooms. That was a plus for us. Disliked: the pool was not the greatest & there were swim lessons going on while we were there. The pub downstairs didn’t do room service & minors weren’t allowed in at all so our options were limited & we had to leave the hotel for food. The tv had limited channels & nothing good to watch. The elevator was slow & it was faster to take the stairs.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this property was quite shocking. The staff were amazing. So welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the property was quite unsettling. The pool/hot tub were very filthy and almost looked green. When my mom and I went to enjoy some time for ourselves, there was a swimming lesson going on with many kids, parents and instructors. We normally have no problem with this but in a hotel setting that we thought was for us to enjoy, we felt like we were intruding. Extremely outdated hotel with cleanliness and location issues. My family is very easy going and we liked the price so we did enjoy our stay because of the staff and our company. If these are concerns for you I’d recommend booking elsewhere The area around the hotel has a lot of easily accessible conveniences which is great but felt very very unsafe. Without going into detail, there was an incident in the parking lot of the hotel which is the reason I’d like to warn families about the location. This has nothing to do with the hotel, or the staff, but it’s something I wish I would’ve known before booking.

We were very happy with the price and cleanliness of the facility. They do not have a restaurant on site and found this inconvenient. We have stayed there previously and always preferred dining in the hotel rather than having to drive.

What can i say, except WOW 👌 👏 What an amazing staff. They rock 🤎I took my wife to Kelowna for her birthday and we decided to stay at the Ramada. The location was on Harvey ave, across the Orchard mall. They had done up the room for a little birthday surprise for my wife and went above and beyond to make sure it was done before our arrival being such a busy location. We stayed there 7 days and it felt like it was our second home because of the exceptional service and the warm welcoming. All staff were outstanding especially Eileen and Lucas. Many thanks to all staff. The pool and hot tub were very inviting. It was truly amazing. The Mickies Pub there was great also, friendly staff and great food. This Ramada location will always be our place of stay each time we are in Kelowna 😁❤️🤎❤️

Great front desk staff. Would love a breakfast inculded or a discount for the two restaurants attached to the hotel. Room was nice. The bed sagged on one side and you'd fall off. Coffee machine was broken. Staff was good when we mentioned it.
