The hotel’s location was excellent—within walking distance to several great restaurants. I would definitely consider staying here again on future visits. The only downside was the lack of complimentary electric vehicle charging stations, which would have been a nice addition.

There was a large oil type stain on the bed sheet, took pic down to front desk. There was housekeeping on shift so the desk attendant said she could give me new sheets. My daughter asked if we’d need to change them ourselves. The lady then offered to but said “it wouldn’t be as good”. There was also a used earplug (the hotel provides these in their rooms) on the ground which I let them know. Lastly the toiletry system in the shower was horrible. Two of the pumps snapped right off (rather bent off?) making them useless. Honestly the only good thing was the older gentleman working the buffet. A total gem.

I stayed for 2 nights with my 2 daughters and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was great...lots of variety and good quality. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy free parking, great location. We will definitely stay again!

Nice overnight stay

New and clean fresh air in building. Room is clean and comfortable and big. The only thing is that scrambled egg was too dry and hard. Otherwise all great. Will book again next time.

The Holiday Inn & Suites is a very convenient hotel in Kelowna. The hotel is only one street away from Montana’s, EDO of Japan, Starbucks, Tim Hortons and Cactus Club. There is also two restaurants in the same parking lot. The hotel is very clean, the room is extremely well laid out so you can easily store your suitcases. Hang up clothes, a set of hooks for putting your jacket on. The complimentary breakfast is decent as well.
