It was a good hotel, and very close to many amentities and restaurants. My main issue is the room is fairly stuffy on the ground floor and that the older AC unit does not automatically come on. Also the combined bathroom light and shower fan is very noisy when taking a shower. The bed however was comfy. The TV was such a pain to use, the channels took forever to come on and there was no way to stream Netflix/Disney+ from my phone to the TV.

Our door got opened throughout the night when we were sleeping. When reported it staff said we must have just not shut our door. Had a small child with us, of course we make sure our door was shut!!! Never staying there again.

I stayed at the Sandman Hotel and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. It was dirty and poorly maintained. There appeared to be blood on the wall and even on the light switch, which is completely unacceptable. The blinds were extremely dusty, and the main lamp in the living room was broken and couldn’t even be turned on. The kitchen counters were stained, the drywall was peeling in spots, and the whole place felt neglected. On top of that, the AC unit sounded like a jet engine every time it turned on, and the toilet flush was so loud it honestly felt like you needed hearing protection. Overall, the room was uncomfortable and far from clean. Definitely not worth the price, i wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Well, my stay was pretty good, but the room i booked and paid for i never got to stay in because there is no elevator service because the hotel is renovating, So, they put me in into another room. It seems this kind of thing always happens to me, always downgraded to another room. That's not fair, it seems I am being punished for going through a third party to book my room, that's not right, a person should always get the room they pay for, doesn't that make aense ?
