We were a little surprised to see numerous homeless people camping in the bushes just outside the hotel. Felt a little sketchy.

Comfortable family stay

The stay was excellent, the staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids had a fun time on the waterslide and it's the perfect way to get them tired after a day of travel. Only thing that would have been nice is a hook in the bathroom to hang the hand towel instead of leaving it on the counter.

Comfortable stay

Had a great stay. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids had a fun time on the waterslide! The bathrooms could use a hook to hang the hand towel instead of leaving it wet on the counter. Looking out the window of the hotel, there seemed to be a lot of unsavory people around that I'd rather not walk my kids past. I don't think I would walk around by myself. However the hotel itself was very safe and secure

Comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was as expected- hot, standard fare, adequate supples. Bathrooms are a bitwore lookking compared to the room but certainly functioal. Overal no surprises, excellent for the price.

The hotel was newer but what I expected from Comfort Suites. Check-in was good. Breakfast was good. Location is on the east side of the city in a primarily business area.

We stayed for four nights with our family last week in August 2025, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very conveniently located, making it easy to access downtown Kelowna and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. Parking was ample and stress-free, which made arriving and leaving hassle-free. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Overall, Comfort Suites Kelowna was excellent, and we would happily return for another stay.

Awesome Place to Stay With Your Pet!

We had a great time staying here! We brought our dog (3y.o. Terrier mix). The room was bigger than we expected and very nice in terms of styling and amenities in the room. Check in was simple and easy, and the person who checked us in gave excellent customer service. I noticed that him and one of the other front desk workers called me by my name whenever they saw me through our stay, and I thought that was above and beyond. They even had a goodie bag ready for our dog which we weren’t expecting but appreciated very much! We enjoy coming to Kelowna, and this hotel is on our list as a go-to place!
