Waited over an hour to check in because their CC machine was down. After waiting so long they walked me to the next adjacent property to get me checked in and could have done that all along. I was given no offer of upgrade, discount or compensation when I know for a fact they gave another person who waited much less time than me 25000 points, an upgraded room and a discount on their current and next stay. No accountability and a terrible experience after a 14 hour drive

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms had these motion-sensor lights for the entry and bathroom and they were very annoying because they'd randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a good stay.
