The room received brilliant cleaning service every day, but the whole hotel extremely dated and the dining restaurant not open every day, and the bar seemed limited, not as expected to be. Maintenance needs improvement. Lifts have not worked for some time, assume this wont change any time soon so if poor mobility need ground floor if available.

Basic but Wonderful

We were left in a situation which involved us needing to find a hotel quickly. The staff were courteous, and accommodating. It was exactly what we needed after the debacle of the previous booking elsewhere

in the room carpet was thread bear and dirty windows dident close properly coudent see out of them tv dident work no signal on arrival was told lift out of action we were put on top floor i am 70 years old and my wife is 75 we had five flites of stairs to get to our room every time realy dated this hotel in need of extensive refurbaration realy disapointing and not worh the money we paid.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth 3 Stars Stayed here recently and was very disappointed. The lift wasn’t working and there was no sign informing guests — we only found out after asking at reception, and the staff made no effort to assist with luggage or offer alternatives. The room was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning, and the window couldn’t be opened fully as it was locked. When we requested a fan, we were told none were available — ironically, the receptionist had a fan pointed at herself the whole time. Breakfast was poorly managed. The staff member serving food was trying her best, but we had to ask repeatedly for basic items, including water, which should’ve been readily offered. The only positives were the convenient location near the beach and the cleaner, who was the only staff member that was genuinely polite and kind. Overall, this felt more like a 1-star experience, not the 3 stars advertised. Staff were pleasant but not particularly helpful, though they seemed capable enough. Would not recommend
