Nice property in beautiful area. Free underground parking. Convenient to shops and cafes. NOTL restaurant patio was great for Sunday brunch. We were a family of 3 women in a double room. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom, but with only 2 hooks for towels and 1 tiny towel rack. No drawers for clothes, and only a closet with 2 shelves and room to hang about 10 items. Lighting was dark throughout the room. Couldn’t read in bed.

Terrible stairs no elevator, rooms was average, no available seating because booked out by weddings and corp. events the whole weekend. SPA was excellent but everything else was terrible, including overpriced food, bad mocktails (sent back 3 times:???).

A little disappointed this visit

This was our second time staying here. The front desk staff were friendly, considerate, and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent! The one major problem this visit was the cleanliness of our room. Two of our three day stay we had to ask to get our room cleaned. One day they didn’t remove dirty dishes nor our used towels. When we shared this with the front desk staff at checkout she refunded us the resort fee.
