Very nice hotel. Staff was always friendly and pleasant. Provided shuttle to/from town. Breakfast was also very good. There was a problem with the AC while we were there, which was one of the hottest days of the year, so our room was a little warm, but certainly bearable. If not for the AC issue I would give them 5 stars. I definitely would return.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel, walking distance from all of Niagara-on-the-Lake's restaurants, shops, and theaters. It was pricey, but the service was some of the best I've had at any hotel. Staff was always available, always friendly, and unexpectedly down-to-Earth. The rooms are spacious, and the divided areas in the bathroom means that two people can easily use the sink and shower space at the same time. The daily wine and cheese reception was a nice touch.

Property is lovely and in a great location, just a short walk to downtown. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We especially liked the complimentary shuttle service to nearby restaurants, the welcome wine and cheese and the buffet-style breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would suggest having maintenance do routine checks of the rooms as our shower was draining very slowly and our sink taps leaked. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Beautiful property sitting right on Lake Ontario just out of the hustle and bustle of the town but a 5 minute walk away from all the stores and restaurants you will want to visit. Spotlessly clean, we had a large airy room (305) facing the harbour. The staff are wonderful. Everyone we encountered seemed happy to be there and at our service. Nice breakfast is included. Bed is firm and comfortable and there is a roomy separate shower and whirlpool tub. Great value for the money. I highly recommend it.

We were celebrating our 30 th wedding anniversary & I had called prior to our arrival twice to let them know & request a hat out vie room. Upon arrival we did not have harbour view and no detail even a happy anniversary. Upon my inquiry they offered to provide us a suite but it was on our last day & we were out visiting the area making us unavailable to move rooms & only our last night. So we stayed in our room Think they should have more attention to guest special occasions

What made this place stand out was the staff. Upon arrival, Emma greeted us and suggested wineries to visit and helped us book a shuttle for dinner. Ali, who was serving wine and cheese in the afternoon, was also our driver at dinner! He took the time to point out landmarks for us and was so pleasant.
