The rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was good. The reception staff were kind and greeted us with a smile. However, the outdoor area was dirty, and there was a bog nearby with a lot of mosquitoes and insects.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Welland. The hotel is very clean, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the decor looks modern and fresh. Breakfast was tasty, and having a Walmart right next door made everything extra convenient.

We were passing through the area and chose the Holiday Inn for a one-night stay. The room was very clean and updated. I thought the bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the free breakfast - the food and seating area were spacious. Would recommend!
