-House is located in River Road which is a scenic road that travels on the Canadian side of the Niagara River
-Facing the River and Enjoy the nature's masterpiece and time's moving in front deck.
-There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the house. Each bedroom has private bathroom. One bedroom is in main flooring, other three bedrooms are located in 2nd flooring. At sleeping area enjoy the most beautiful sky through the 2ft*4ft skylight.
-Explore the national parks, botanical gardens and wineries along the niagara parking way.
-Peace neighborhood, backing on a laneway is city park with tennis, basketball and children's’ play structures.

There is huge deck area in the front of the house. Living area and dining area maintain its old charm with original hardwood details. The kitchen and all bedrooms, bathrooms are renovated newly. Each bedroom has own private bathroom. Good choice for family. At least three Free parking spaces. The main entrance has smart lock, self check-in for convenience. Niagara Skyline Home has rental license issued by Niagara city hall. All bedroom's doors are fire-rated doors. Fire&CO alarms are installed in each bedroom. Guests can enjoy the whole living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Provide 3 free parking space at least. if need more, notice the host in advance.

Rare find for 3 bathrooms, completely renovated, worth it!

The property location overlooking the Niagra River and walking path to town was excellent, we walked behind us through the neighborhood to a coffee shop and back, crossing a greenway path and past a school. Was very safe and beautiful floral sights. The 4 bedrooms were great, every bed comfortable with easy clean bedding. The skylights were great for my kids that love light and the skylight covers helped my kids that prefer darkness. Window air units were great and helped with different preferences of temperature. Each room having its own renovated bathrooms was the BIGGEST HIT! Excellent water pressure too. The primary bedroom shared a bathroom with the kitchen/dining and living room, although we weren’t in those spaces for very long due to sight seeing. The kitchen was clean, renovated, great dishes and utensils for our family of 6. The cordless vacuum helped keep crumbs up too. We did see a couple of ants, but nothing to be worried about and as we kept food off the floor, they disappeared. The host checked in with us through the app to make sure we had a nice stay and was very nice. We would highly recommend this house and would gladly stay here again, even if we had our other two family members with us. There was plenty of room!

We are a group of family/friends that travel together now that our kids are grown. This house was perfect for 4 couple with each bedroom having their own bathroom. House was impeccable and very close to the falls and close to a We Go bus stop. Definitely would stay here again!

A Mixed Bag

Our stay was a mixed bag. The house was close to the activities we enjoyed while in Niagara Falls. It met our need for 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There was ample parking out front for 3 vehicles and the house has some updates. We had a few issues and worked with the host to resolve them but the communication process with the host was cumbersome and took several tries to get our problems resolved. The issues we experienced were - the fridge temperature was 53 F and we couldn't get it to go any lower. It was not a safe temperature to keep food safe. The house had ants when we arrived, and the host dropped off baited ant cans and asked us to place them in the house. The next morning the cans went missing. We figured a mouse took the baited cans. So, the host dropped off glue boards and we did catch one mouse which the host came and took it away. We recognize any house can have ants or even a mouse, and the host was responsive when contacted. We just wish these problems would have been dealt with before we got there. We may not stay here again but hopefully in the future the host will be aware of the issues we've brought to his attention and your stay will be better. This property actually has everything a family or group of friends would need to stay comfortably as long as these issues don't return.

Excellent stay!

Lovely home, well renovated. Absolutely spotlessly clean!!! One bedroom on the main level, 3 upstairs - all en-suite with adequate privacy. Easy walk to falls and in the other direction to the whirlpools. Excellent amenities. One of the best places we have rented - would most definitely want to stay here again if (when) we come back to Niagara. Thank you for a lovely home away from home

Girls Getaway

Perfect house for girls getaway. Everyone having their own bath is a must for our group, so this was perfect. We fixed breakfast every am, and had everything we needed. Owner is lovely and responded quickly to our communications. She also gave us local shopping ideas and recommended a drive up the river to Niagara-on-the-Lake. One of our best get away vacations yet.

Great property

The house was very nice! It is in a great location to walk to the falls. The 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms is a great feature. Daniel was very easy to communicate with and he answered any questions i had in a very prompt manner. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Close walk to the falls and all the action. No need to drive anywhere. Each couple had their own bedroom with private bathroom. Perfect set up for couples. Great communication with the owner.

What wonderful accommodations! It has everything. It is clean and comfortable. Dan the host was easy to communicate with and very nice and responsive. Complimentary tea and coffee was very much appreciated. The lay out with 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom was perfect for 3 couples on vacation.

Good - Almost Great

Nice place. Clean. Living Room comfortably seats 5, Dining room for 8. Kitchen well-equipped and clean. 3 en suite bedrooms - bathrooms recently updated. Close enough to the Falls to walk. Convenient for exploring Niagara area. Two suggestions: Put black-out curtains on the skylights in the upper bedrooms and on the window above the bed in the main level bedrooms & need more/better towels. Larger, fluffier towels and more than six for the entire place would make all the difference between my four star rating and a five.
