Basic room for basic price. Front staff tried to be accommodating, thank you but cleaning staff could use a refresher course. I checked in late, but I'm grateful to the staff who waited for me even though it was a cold, snowy day. They were very friendly. However, the room was very cold. I will definitely book this place again in the warmer months. The location is also excellent. One thing ! We needed hot water machine or microwave.

If you want a room that's not fussy, cheap and comfortable, for me it meets all the requirements for a decent stay. There is a nice pool, many restaurants in the area. If you don't have a car it's convenient for Niagara transit.
