They cheat us on breakfast. We paid for but they say they couldn’t see it . No fridge at room . Disappointed. No Iron. If you rent a mini van, the parking at heights limit of 180cm . Very low only small car can fit

Conveniently close to airport, which is why chose it. A bit of a ways to Old Town, but not too bad via uber. The room was well appointed. The receptionist and staff were friendly and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Check-in was easy. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and an UBER into Nice is 25 to 40 euros. I didn’t like the split bathroom but for one night it was manageable.

The property was very nice. My room had every thing I needed and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is quite a walk from the nearest train station, which I would say is the only negative.

Fabulous!

What a fabulous hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful guy on reception, who was extremely helpful and polite. The same in the evening with a lady on reception. They are so very professional. The room is truly spotless and the furniture is like new. The bathroom fantastic and again spotless. The bed is one of the best I’ve slept in and the bed linen top quality! Just FABULOUS!

Look elsewhere for care & hospitality

The worst ever, and I stay many hotels are year round. The front desk guy didn’t want to be there. Pretended he didn’t understand English until Hotels.com called him then he knew English. He told me one thing and told hotels.com another. Then he manipulated the air in my room to extremes back and forth to punish me for reporting to hotels.com. The next morning, the manger didn’t care to hear what I said since he spoke to the front desk guy who no doubt fed more lies to him. There are plenty other hotels around—I suggest finding a different one where they actually care and will not tell different stories to save themself.

Ubicación y precio excelente. El único problema fue que habíamos reservado parking y cuando llegamos dijeron que no. Le mostramos el chat de la reserva y solo dijeron que lamentaban el error pero que no tenían espacio disponible. Cabe resaltar que la chica en recepción nos dio una mejor opción para poder parquear de manera gratuita, sin embargo nos pareció un poco de mal gusto que confirmen la reserva del parking y a la hora de llegar digan que no tienen ninguna reserva. Por lo demás excelente hotel y ubicación si andas en coche.
