The accommodation is composed as follows: Open entrance leading to the living area equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a sideboard, a coffee table, a TV, WiFi internet connection and a dining table that can accommodate 6 guests. It opens onto the terrace and also offers a superb sea view. The functional kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, cooking plates, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary equipment for cooking and eating. The first bedroom with a 180*200 cm bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. Window opening to the outside and offering a superb view of the sea and bay. The second bedroom with bunk beds, sideboard and small wardrobe. French door opening onto the terrace. It has its shower room with shower, WC, washbasin and storage. The third bedroom, accessed through the second, with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, bedside table and storage. It also opens onto the terrace and lounge area. A second shower room with shower, washbasin, WC and storage. Beautiful tree-lined terrace of 100m2 offering a superb sea view with a relaxation area with 4 sunbeds, a dining area with outdoor table and barbecue.
