J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est assez inhabituel de pouvoir s’y rendre à pied depuis la gare de train. Une courte marche de moins de 10 minutes est également nécessaire pour se rendre à l’aéroport. Bien entendu, un arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité de l’hôtel pour se rendre au centre de Nice. Je pense que cet hôtel est vraiment bien, et je tiens à mentionner particulièrement la qualité du buffet disponible en soirée. La nourriture était absolument délicieuse, tant au niveau du buffet chaud que du buffet froid. De plus, les employés du restaurant, notamment Philippe, Claire et Carole, étaient très sympathiques et courtois. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel pour un autre séjour à Nice.

Location was great; however, there were some things that made our stay unpleasant: from the loud construction noises at 8am (the notice stated construction would take place between 10am to 5pm), to insects swarming the buffet food. The lobby bathrooms and fitness studio were constantly under construction, so those were of no use either. Reception and dining room staff felt unwelcoming. The housekeeping staff were very kind and pleasant.

Reception staff were borderline Rude. Room temperature was only adjustable to 22 degrees. No cooler. It was too warm all night. Cleaners did a nice job though. It appeared clean. Very basic, small room.

This hotel is not a 5 minute walk from the airport. It takes 15 minutes according to the maps app and includes hills. I specifically booked this hotel because my husband has difficulties walking. It is very misleading for the hotel to promote their location as being much closer than it is. Once at the hotel we were pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offerings were great.

Avoid this hotel - over-priced restaurant ($18 for a hamburger), very slow restaurant service, cramped noisy rooms, no airport shuttle, impossible to walk to airport across main highway, hotel is surrounded only by office buildings. Good point - one receptionist did her very best to help by booking a taxi to the airport because Uber quoted 38 euros. Taxi MINIMUM charge to go 1 km to the airport is 25 euros!!!

Lovely room, tad noisy though.

I was very impressed by the design and cleanliness. It's recently had a refurbishment I'd imagine. I loved my room, with a view of Terminal 1...very reassuring as I had an early flight and it really is a stones throw away across the road. The downside of that obviously that it was a bit noisy, I woke up at 4am, however I'd suggest asking for a room at the back of the hotel which is bound to be a tad quieter. Overall I was very happy with it, I'd stay again plus, the price was very good.
