Just stayed one night because of an early flight but the front desk was warm and welcoming. no airport shuttle however and walking in the early AM to the airport was not as easy as it seemed. hotel room was very large and comfy.

Perfect location for Cote D’Azur

This hotel is very basic however we was visiting the Cote D’Azur (Monaco, Antibes, Cannes etc) and the location was fantastic. Not much to do in the area apart from the airport but the train station and all transport is just a 5 minute walk so you can easily get to everywhere all over the south coast from these stations. Rooms were clean and to a good standard. Just very basic. Beds were super comfortable. There’s a buffet downstairs but we never used it but it’s avaliable from 6pm-10pm, also a breakfast one. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a cheaper alternative than staying in Nice.

Just what I needed for my last night in Nice. The train was walking distance from this hotel, and the International Airport terminal was right across the street. I walked 6 minutes to be at the airport. Very comfortable bed! A food buffet was open late. Very clean and nicely decorated.

The good, the bad and the ugly.

We stayed one night on 18/07/25. The GOOD - although small, our room was clean and modern with a luggage rack and hanging clothes space. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows. The shower room was clean and a good size. Air conditioning was very efficient. Noise from street traffic but not from airplanes. The BAD - We have travelled around the world and a more miserable team of staff we have not come across. Only one receptionist [when we were leaving smiled]. The receptionist on arrival. the manager in the restaurant, the chef, the bar staff, the receptionist who showed us where to store our luggage ALL very sullen as though it were too much effort to interact. They were either all very unhappy with their jobs or had made a pact not to smile at the guests. The UGLY. We stayed on a Friday evening and had hoped that there would be restaurants nearby where we could eat. There were fast food places but nothing else. We ate at the buffet in the restaurant. There was a very extensive salad selection which we both chose and enjoyed. However my partner became ill in the night - he had eaten the meat in the buffet, I hadn't. On reflection we wondered what happened to so much food when the restaurant was clearly not busy. Is it brought out again the next day?

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est assez inhabituel de pouvoir s’y rendre à pied depuis la gare de train. Une courte marche de moins de 10 minutes est également nécessaire pour se rendre à l’aéroport. Bien entendu, un arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité de l’hôtel pour se rendre au centre de Nice. Je pense que cet hôtel est vraiment bien, et je tiens à mentionner particulièrement la qualité du buffet disponible en soirée. La nourriture était absolument délicieuse, tant au niveau du buffet chaud que du buffet froid. De plus, les employés du restaurant, notamment Philippe, Claire et Carole, étaient très sympathiques et courtois. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel pour un autre séjour à Nice.

Location was great; however, there were some things that made our stay unpleasant: from the loud construction noises at 8am (the notice stated construction would take place between 10am to 5pm), to insects swarming the buffet food. The lobby bathrooms and fitness studio were constantly under construction, so those were of no use either. Reception and dining room staff felt unwelcoming. The housekeeping staff were very kind and pleasant.

Reception staff were borderline Rude. Room temperature was only adjustable to 22 degrees. No cooler. It was too warm all night. Cleaners did a nice job though. It appeared clean. Very basic, small room.
