We stayed here for 6 nights for our first Nice trip and found the facility is pretty old and average at best. The dark carpet and deco are not pleasing and stuff at the front desk were not cordial or pleasant and were not helpful when needed. The room service was really bad: only one robe and slipper for a two person room, bed not tidy after service, rough cleaning job left behind in the bathroom. The worst was that on our last day of staying, he/she even took our personal items on the table. After we inform the hotel, no one said sorry to us or offered a fast investigation. We had to email them several times in the next week while traveling to get any update. In the end they didn’t find the items. Will never stay at this hotel again. In fact, I’m staying at the Radisson Hotel next door before flying back home and found it a much much better hotel for a better price, from front desk to dinning restaurant to the room.

Very close to the airport yet quiet. Easy walking to the tram to the airport or walk to airport. Nice hotel. We had dinner in the hotel and it was very good!

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Overall everything was great. Gave a lower review as room was not cleanest. Desk had liquid stains and sticky, glasses were dirty and baseboards, curtains and carpet were dirty. Excellent area for Nice airport with free tram to hotel took about 2 min. Convenient tram to city centre and promenade area.
