On the heights of VENCE with a superb exceptional panoramic sea view and a unique dominant position at the top of a hill, Welcome to Mas des Oliviers#1 occupies the entire ground level of a villa Le Mas des oliviers has 2 very spacious accommodation of around 105m and have been designed for privacy as each occupies an entire level of the Mas with private ground floor access, parking, private entrance and very large private terrace facing a panoramic sea view from Nizza to Cannes with private entrance and parking 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, including 1 master suite. 2 bathrooms 2 WC and its very large private terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The large terrace is partly covered ( dinning area with charcoal BBQ) and partly sunny (bathsunning area) . The Mas des Oliviers#1 is perfectly equipped: high-end bedding, large windows facing the sea view , linen, classified as 5 ***** tourist accommodation.
The House is in Provencal style using old materials such as cut stones from the land and actuel equipment and decoration.
Le Mas des Oliviers is part of the Mas d'Azur property which comprises 2 very spacious and recent apartments #1 and #2 : each occupying an entire level of the Mas des Oliviers with private ground acces.
The magnificent heated pool of 14m x 4m of the property (shared between the 2 homes of the property ), inscribed in a stone restanque. The swimming pool is heated from mid April to beginning of October ( could be extended depending on the weather ) .
