Worst expedia experience and worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I've travelled to every continent. The staff aren't helpful and they are liars. From google reviews you can see there are ants everywhere in the hotel and I was unfortunately bitten. I talked to the staff and they wouldn't help me and told me that's how all hotels are in Nice. But also said they weren't ant bites, they had to be mosquito bites. She didn't even look at my face, she had the answer ready to go because this is clearly a regular issue they face. There is no official legal policy stating there cannot be food in the rooms and they are using that as justification to deny a refund. But according to France's civil law THIS IS ILLEGAL. STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS. Expedia customer service also refuses to provide any assistance. They clearly do not care about their customer. Better to use expedia's competitors because expedia is equally terrible.

Rooms were good sized and clean. Bathroom has been updated and was great. The towels suck and would appreciate more then 1 skinny pillow. Take note you'll have to sleep with the windows closed, non-stop LOUD motorbikes and cars at night.

Good Atmosphere for Families

We traveled as a three-generation family, and we felt a family-friendly vibe at this hotel. In addition, the staff was polite, smiling and helpful. Breakfast offered a very satisfying variety. Our one challenge was the thermostat: We couldn't adjust it and so had to sleep with the windows open to be cool enough, which allowed mosquitoes to enter. (This was in October.) But the location was super!

The room was clean , it was a last minute booking but it worked. There are a lot of tourist groups that come here. The location and staff are excellent. Close to the Sea and the old town... the staff was amazing helping with taxis and Ubers and directions. would absolutely stay here again.
