Nice apartment which should be cleaned better

Apartment is very nice for 4 persons, equipped with 5 air conditioners, and sufficient furniture and things needed for the regular stay Except change of the linen and towels (provided were clean) apartment needs a serious cleaning. It's floor, doors, windows and furniture were not cleaned for years. The washing machine needs service, since it has a broken plastic around the drum, and gives loud voices while being used.
