Living room and open kitchen with balcony including 1 rapido type convertible sofa for 2 people (140x190). 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) Shower room with toilet adjoining the bedroom (must go through the bedroom to access it). Closed property. Parking outside. Including charges. On request: cleaning fee (30 euros), bed linen rental (20 euros/bed), bathroom/house linen rental (10 euros/person) Tourist tax extra. Beautiful contemporary wooden extension, adjoining the owner's house. The layout is sophisticated and harmonious in accordance with the modern construction of the gîte. A beautiful terrace will allow you to discover a clear view of the hills of Saint Pierre de Féric. The proximity of Nice will allow you to benefit from all the services, shops, beach, architectural and culinary heritage... of the city and the Côte d'Azur.
