Le Haut des Espinets, built in 1982 in the Provençal style by architect Alain Berp, showcases meticulous attention to detail in both construction and materials throughout the home. The timber construction and flooring are prime examples of this craftsmanship. The architect repurposed materials from the ruins of an old monastery in Portugal to create the charming beamed ceilings. The floors are made of Burgundy stone, featuring visible fossils that can be seen upon close inspection. Spanning 600 square meters, the spacious living area includes two living rooms with fireplaces, a central dining room, the main kitchen with a bar, and many bedrooms. Outdoors, you’ll find a large patio equipped with an outdoor kitchen, bar, barbecue, and the newest addition, a wood burning pizza oven. There is ample seating for all.

The cottage, just next to the main villa, has two double bedrooms with queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. On its upper level, the cottage offers a private kitchen and living area that opens to a cozy terrace overlooking the courtyard.
Inside the main villa, you’ll find two additional ensuite double bedrooms and four self-contained suites. Each suite features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, kitchen area, sitting area, and a private terrace with sea views.
