PALAIS ARNULF is a large bourgeois apartment of 115m² which can accommodate up to 6 persons thanks to its three beautiful bedrooms and its perfect location a few seconds from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea in the district known as the "Carré d'Or".



Renovated and decorated in a modern and comfortable style, you will still enjoy the charm of the old with its wooden parquet floor, its pretty corniches and moldings.

It's the ideal apartment to stay with friends or family and to be together in a convivial way.



The 3 bedrooms of the apartment are very quiet, which represents a great advantage compared to its location in the city center of Nice.

They are all equipped with a TV and air conditioning.



All the apartment is benefiting from air conditioning in all rooms and a free internet wifi connection by fiber optic.

With the smart TV in the living-room you can access your Netflix account in addition to hundreds of international channels available.





You will be right in the city center, in the "rue de France", which is the street parallel to the famous Promenade des Anglais.

Great apartment for families

We had a lovely time in Palais Arnulf. The apartment is spacious and airy, located just blocks from the beach and promenade in one direction and a few minutes from the Alsace Lorraine tram stop in the other. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient with lots of parks and beautiful boulevards. And when you want to visit the port and Old Town, just hop on the tram and you’re there in minutes! We loved our stay and highly recommend to families!

The AC was very nice …. A unit in every bedroom and of course the living area . If the windows were closed there was very little street noise . Unfortunately, it’s an apartment building and the people above walk around a lot and with heavy footsteps ! The parque flooring creeps but both you can do ….

Fantastic old renovated building with history, fascilities were great, spotless apartment, quality of materials was good, kitchen was spacious and full equippet as same as the whole apartment, livingroom was spacious, nice French balconies to the street where you can watch the busy street life go by, windowas were thick enough to block the noise from bars and traffic, everything was right near to reach (morning coffee, fresh bread, beach, supermarkets, restaurants, take away Italian pizzaplace where you can order 1mter long pizzas!!), good public bus system and stops within 5 minutes walk, very effective air conditioning in each room, rooms were spacious and private, apartment is good for 3 couples who want their privacy, very spacious and well functioning shower bathroom, two toilets, two bathrooms, other had a tub, good service, free luggage storing, good pick up service from and to airport, goof app for the phone where you can keep contact to the apartment, very trustful service, I can higly recommend the apartment and Nestor and Jeeves services

Good location. elevator does not stop at the floor of this apartment so it’s useless. Should be explained in description. Using washing machine an ordeal. Shower needs to be repair so water does not go everywhere.The kitchen smells constantly. Only one thin blanket on each bed so we had to buy 5 comforters,left them there for other guests. We stayed 2 weeks. After first few days construction began in the building! We had no peace and quite disappointed we were offered 150 euro from the owners as “gesture”, which did not even pay for our parking! The concierge company was great at responding and helping to navigate the issues we had with the apartment but the owners were not at all fair with us with our issue with the construction. One of my guests had to pay800 to change her flight ticket to leave early due to the noise. Would not recommend this property.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement à Nice. Bon emplacement pour les commerces mais le ménage n est pas fait à fond. Poussière +++sous les lits, placard de l entrée où sont rangés les balais très poussiéreux. Lavette en microfibre et serpillière très sale( j ai dû les laver avant leur utilisation) j ai retrouvé des tee ( de golf) et une chaussette dans le sèche linge dont le filtre était plein de pleures et sous le placard de l évier. Impossible de se servir des poêles inutilisables. Les couvertures pas très propres. Malgré ces petits problèmes nous reviendrons certainement l année prochaine

Location great, but not in Carre d’Or as listed. Apartment great, beds too small to fit 6 people.

Rental process easy some agents responsive Apartment description not accurate not in Carre d’Or. No Courtyard, beds too small to fit 6, rooms large enough for Queen or two twin beds. Apartment needs upgrade. Shutters need to be cleaned and updated. Building maintenance poor floors dirty. Mold on water lines inside apartment and top of front door of apartment. No consideration for free cleaning or more linens for long stays.

Stay in Nice

We enjoyed our stay in Nice in the Apartment. The location is excellent giving access to the Promenade Anglais and 20 minute walk to the train station. Within 10 minutes of paved streets with restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the old town with its market and restaurants. You could walk to Place Messena and catch the tram to the station. The Apartment was very spacious and well equipped, with a supermarket just 2 minutes walk away and a Boulangerie 3 minutes away. A perfect place to stay.
