Great place in the old city. The staff were friendly and at the desk continuously. When we requested laundry detergent pods for the washer/dyer, they were happy to oblige. We were able to walk on foot to many places to eat and visit around the area in just minutes.

We had a group of five and this property allowed for us to comfortably stay in the same unit. The hotel was in a perfect location for walking to all of Nice's best attractions and there were plenty of food options nearby. The hotel felt very safe.

This hotel has a fantastic location right in the old city of Nice. The rooms are big and comfortable; they are set up like small apartments, which even included a washing machine. We did not find noise to be an issue during our stay, and we literally had a jackhammer working just outside the hotel at one point, which we could hear, but wasn’t really an issue due to the soundproofing. One thing to keep in mind is there is no road right next to the hotel and when taxis drop you off, you are about half a block away from the hotel. We used Wi-Fi that worked well. Breakfast is available and brought to the room, at requested times they were always spot on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes when I visit a city, I find a hotel that becomes my go to every time I visit and I know this hotel is going to be this for us in in Nice.

Lovely aparthotel. Wonderful room with a loft. A fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dryer combo that was very easy to use. The room was actually spotless upon our arrival. I just think that the maid could have cleaned the bathroom just a bit more thoroughly while we were there. Aside from that it was an absolutely lovely hotel, in a perfect location. i highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Nice and the hotel was fabulous! Lovely rooms, great location in the old town and the staff were really lovely! They gave us some recommendations for where to eat and the restaurants were lovely!! We will definitely stay again!

Stayed for a week with our two teenage daughters. Believe the positive reviews! From the super fast check in, convenient room access (small hotel), clean / modern rooms, ease of walking and friendly and efficient hotel staff, it was all we hoped for. The room was serviced daily and stocked with everything needed and more. Sorry I didn't get your name, but a special thank you to the young lady at the front desk who ran for ice when one of our fam had a twisted ankle! You were very accomodating and we appreciate your quick help! Within steps from the hotel are several bakeries, sandwich shops, gelato stands, cafes and the promenade along the beach. For those wondering about transportation, we took a taxi from the airport, which was super easy, but slightly more costly than an Uber. We Ubered back to the airport for our departure. There is a dropoff / pickup one block down from the hotel door due to the hotel being on an interior alley off of a main square. It's an easy walk with a roller bag. We highly recommend this establishment and hope to be back ourselves!

Lovely apartment in an awesome location. We had a car and finding the parking was chalk but once that was sorted we were very comfortable in this property. Plenty of room for us (2 adults, 2 older teens). Washer dryer in the apartment. Apartment was clean and tidy with good facilities. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location for restaurants, shops, public transport.
