The apartment is located 7 minutes from the central station of Nice and tram (chrono in hand), and 15 minutes from Nice airport by car (30 minutes by bus).

This apartment is located in the center of Nice, in a lively area (Lepante). You will find everything! Located 2 steps from Jean Médecin, cinemas, the market of the liberation, and 7 min chrono in hand of the train station!

At the bottom of the building, you can enjoy the takeaway dishes of the organic caterer or 5 min away, the tasty bread and cookies Mama Baker (organic bakery).

The apartment is very basic, but comfortable, clean and very centrally located. 2 minutes walk to the Tram stop, 5 minutes to the train, and 8 minutes walk to one of Nice biggest markets (Libération market). We even walked to the old city. We had everything that we needed, and the owner was very nice and responsive. The bed was comfortable, washing machine and elevator worked perfectly. 2 supermarkets were very close.

We loved our stay in Nice, the flat was cozy and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The area is very close to shops and transport, we were able to walk everywhere. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again for another time.

Great Location

The flat is in a perfect location, you can easily reach the train station or Place Massena in few minutes by foot. The host was great too, very communicative and accommodating. She did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.

Host was excellent and the property was clean and had everything needed. There is a lift in the building to take you to the top floor. The balcony shown in the photos is no longer accessible as it is used for the air conditioner. However, there is a larger balcony off the main living room which is excellent. Air conditioning in main bedroom works well. We stayed with our two children (5 and 8) on the large pull out bed in living room and it was cool enough for them to sleep well. Great location, only 5 mins walk to Nice train station or Notre Dame and 20mins to the sea front. 300m to the Gare Thiers tram stop. Lovely bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet area at night.

Spacious and decent

The apartment was very spacious and had multiple Juliet balconies which looked out onto the city. The apartment looked as listed and had everything we needed. The problems we had included not receiving any check in instructions and we had difficulties finding the building and then again finding the unit. The apartment was also not in the safest area. We also were not given toilet paper and were told we had to buy our own. Overall the apartment was fine but would not recommend if you plan to spend lots of time there.

We loved our stay here! The apartment is in a great location, in a quieter and less touristy neighbourhood while still being very convenient. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the train station and a 20-minute walk down to Old Nice. The apartment was very cute, clean, and well equipped. The top-floor balconies are a huge bonus, and having air conditioning and a washing machine made a big difference during our stay. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Tolle Lage des Appartements in der Nähe des Gare Thier. Wir haben das zu Ausflügen nach Monaco, Menton und Cannes genutzt. Die Fußgängerzone mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. Appartement war im 5. Stock und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr nette Vermieterin mit guter Kommunikation.
