The room was on the smaller side but worked for us perfectly. The room kept nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. You are close to everything at this hotel! We liked it a lot
Great place to stay for our first night exploring the south of France. Comfy bed and room.

Ideal location. Av Jean Medecin is lively and the main shopping street in the city but the rooms are quiet. Everything is walkable - you can be in the old town/ beach within 20 mins.
Room was fine - size ok. Well decorated, good use of space. Cool and comfortable. A good place to sleep.
Exterior/ hallways looked a bit drap, could be smartened up a bit. Rooms ok though. Only slight niggle. Just wanted somewhere comfy and cool to sleep in a good location and it gave me that. If you want to spend more time there maybe not the best place.
Beautiful place to stay very close to shopping I would definitely stay again. Please note there are two addresses with 47 be sure and get the one that says 47 Bis especially if you’re Uber ing otherwise you’ll stand out on the street like I did for an hour or so! Great stay!
I very much injoyed my stay at the Yelo Jean Medecins. The hotel is situated around the corner from the Nice Ville railway station and there are many shopping and dining facilities nearby. I stayed for 8 nights, but somehow housekeeping forgot to tidy my room 2 days in a row. However, I reported this at the reception and the matter was rectified for the remainder of my stay. I recommend this hotel to travelers.
The room was very clean, and requesting amenities was easy. However, one of the staff members was rude to us when we asked her for rubbing alcohol. She needed to translate to understand what we meant, but didn’t seem willing to help. We had to wait for the next staff member on shift, who was helpful and provided what we needed.
Room was small. Hallways had an odor. Walked up to room put bags there and went up street for 1 hour and came back and wanted to cancel booking. Was willing to pay for first night even though we weren't going to stay. Hotel refused to refund for 2nd night we didnt even use.
It was the 2nd time we stayed at the hotel after a very positive experience the first time. This we were very disappointed by the service by the breakfast staff and reception staff on Sunday 13th July at checkout. We turned up at breakfast on Sunday morning at 9.55am and were told the breakfast and we could not take food to our room! This was ridiculous as there was full buffet available. Despite the protest front the staff I did take 2 yogurts and 2 pastries and was not offered coffee. At checkout the receptionist reprimanded me in front of my wife and friends as said she would charge me for the full breakfast even though she did not let me take what I wanted but still charged me for breakfast and told
Me exactly what I had taken from the buffet. I would have gladly paid any way not to not let me take what I wanted whe. The food would have been disposed of and the. Humiliate me and charge me full price is not expect from a customer service experience form a Marriott group property ….. I’m very unhappy
Ideal hotel for our short break in Nice. Superb location and our room was just what we needed. The staff were all very friendly and helped us with all of our queries.
The pro is the hotel is right around the corner from the train station, making transportation to the airport and day trips outside of Nice very easy. The cons are the limited upkeep of rooms and extremely thin walls— I woke up to the hallway door banging constantly, every morning at 8. But all of this could be expected for a budget hotel. What really ruined my experience was that I was bit by a spider overnight and since I’m allergic, had to go to a 24 hour pharmacy and then the hospital ER the next day. When I came back that night I asked to change my room and I was informed there were no other options. Instead, the person working the desk offered to kill the spider if I saw it… he also said he would definitely tell his manager, but I never heard from the staff again. It’s one thing to have limited services, it’s another to be incapable of meeting a guest’s needs.
Comfortable stay in a convenient part of Nice - it’s right next to the train station which is ideal for exploring other coastal towns. The room I stayed in was pretty small but it felt new and high quality.

Nice room but sticky floors
Nice pleasant stay. Comfy beds and pillows and our room was towards the rear of the building which meant zero noise from the road below. Room was exceptionally small and hardly enough space for one person, let alone two. Room itself was clean but the floors were disgusting - they were sticky and looked and felt like they needed to be washed.
