This is our third stay at Bonneville. The first thing that catches the eye is the very dirty, old carpet in the elevators. There is always dust on the furniture in the rooms. Unfortunately, they have started adding a lot of chlorine to the jacuzzi... Thankfully, there is a jacuzzi on the balcony in the room where the water is chlorine-free. In the sauna, there is a thick layer of dust and dirt under the benches. The bed linen and towels are fine! Thank you!

The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the rooms are clean. The only thing I would like to see improved is the pillows — they are very uncomfortable — and the bedding, which is not natural and feels too warm. Everything else is very good!

Room was clean, bed comfortable, enjoyed the hot tub. But Heater in room was not working so staff brought in smaller room heater. I had to manually adjust the temp. Tried to schedule facial for wife but over three days they only had one person and she was booked Sat and not working Sun and Monday. Suggest planning further ahead if you want that service.

We stayed here for a couple nights after Christmas- just wanted relaxation. So this is my review as I was a little disappointed….. The property was lovely and well kept, our room was nice and clean and most of the customer service was good - but….this advertised is advertised as a ‘Spa’ there was not one mention by any of the people at checkin about the spa services….i asked if there was a spa menu in my room and the gentleman checking me in had to ask someone - to which the answer was yes / well we got up to our room and there was nothing anywhere! That showed what was available - so I looked on my online - it seemed it was filled up. The prices are very very high! Massages at $300 and facials up there as well - so we decided to pass - and both nights there were no towels available for the pool during adult swim - but there were so many used towels scattered everywhere in the pool area that there were no open lounge chairs - The pool area was really nice and we appreciated the 2 hour adult only.
