"Overall I think the property is average and offers a lot of false advertising. The pictures do not quite give you the real thing. The pool area needs a lot of love and is significantly smaller in person. Shadowland Bar was ok - and again the outside area is small and underwhelming. Our room was a good size and clean. Liked the fireplace. Balcony is very small with rusted furniture. The Starbucks coffee bar sounded good, but a scone was 10 bucks. The resort also made no note of renovations taking place…so our “mountain view” balcony consisted of a construction site complete with bulldozers and jackhammers. Had no other rooms available. Overpriced for what we had. I am certain there are other properties in Sedona that would be a better bang for your buck. Disappointed for we paid."

"The Kokopelli is really close to the bell rock and cathedral rock trails and is really close to a great bakery and excellent restraurants. It's far enough away from downtown Sedona to be more relaxed but an easy drive when you want to go there"

"Check in was easy! The front desk attendant was very nice and offered dining suggestions. The room was very clean and had everything we needed after traveling. There is a free washer available for guests. It's near Bell Rock and has good views. It's not in the busiest part of Sedona which is nice if you don't like heavy traffic. I would definitely stay here again! Oh, and for an amazing and quick breakfast, go to Miley's Cafe which is only a couple of minutes away! Red Rock Cafe is better known but is closed two days a week, leaving us and several other visitors scrambling to find breakfast. "
