"nice breakfast. We checked into our room and it didn't feel fresh, call the front desk and Gavin made a quick and easy change for us. However, we spoke to housekeeping and they never got to change the burned out light over the mirror in the bathroom, not a big deal. We had our usual nice, comfortable stay, love the balcony over looking at the harbor"

"Check in. Male that checked in a in was not very inviting. Shirt was stained. Breakfast was not included. Room appeared clean until my daughter got into bed. Sand and hair were in the bed. Confronted worker. Not very apologetic. Came back sheet bottom inside out changed? View from room pretty. Location great "
