Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo that boasts a great view of the bay . With a spacious private balcony you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets on the bay and are also just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The outdoor pool is just steps away. Close to a great selection of wonderful restaurants , everything is within walking distance. Bedroom one offers a King size bed and bedroom two has another King size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 Single beds. There is a Queen sleeper in the Living-room. The property offers wi-fi and streaming services on 4 TV's, along with a premimum cable package. Occupancy is 8. You have Parking for 2 cars No smoking, no pets. This property rents Saturday - Saturday in the summer, but does allow flexible 3 night stays in the Fall. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
