Situated on the top floor, guests of this end unit enjoy magnificent views of the ocean, bay, and up and down Coastal Highway—every window and slider offers a water view. The spacious wrap-around balcony extends from the street side facing the bay with spectacular sunsets and Coastal Highway (perfect for car-show weekends) to the ocean side, offering distant views of beautiful sunrises. Nice condo

The condo was nice. It was clean however lots of things left in closet and under beds from previous guests. Keurig would not turn on. Slider was stuck open. Maintenance came out to fix however the door never would lock.

We stayed here during Cruisin', so the location was perfect. There is access to the balcony out of the main living area and every bedroom which was also perfect for us. There were endless amounts of board games, card games, and puzzles for the kids (and adults!) to enjoy. There were only a couple of things we didn't love. The check-in process is always so easy through OC Vacations, and in the past when a property has not been occupied and especially in the off season, we are permitted to check in early. We were told "no early check-ins at this property." The soonest we tried was around 1:00-1:30. The master shower looked like it was going to be great. In fact, they had just renovated the master bathroom. The attempt at fancy shower heads and sprayers was a fail. Along with that, there were tiles from around the niche falling off the wall during and after showers. Some of the sprayers were also pushing out of the wall. Overall, I would probably stay here again. I just hope they renovate the bathroom renovations!
