As soon as you walk into this home you will feel like you just walked into an episode of "Fixer Upper" where you would be expecting Chip and Jo Jo to come around the corner to say hey! With its cool laid-back style and subtle sophistication this house doesn't disappoint. Recently renovated, no expenses were spared to bring Ocean City this premier property! The house is situated on a canal and features 5 master suites, 2 family room areas, a gourmet kitchen, dining area, outside deck off the main floor and a huge rooftop deck with fantastic views of Ocean City and the water. High end furnishings and accessories can be found throughout!
Come stay in this incredible home and create your own Ocean City memories!

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Violation of smoking policy or age restrictions will result in eviction without refund.

Fantastic property with easy bus access to Ocean’s Calling music fest. House was clean and very spacious- we only had 6 adults staying with us and there was room for many more! The only bummer is that I didn’t read the fine print- you need to bring your own hand soap as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Would definitely return!

My whole family - my kids and grandkids loved 111 Old Landing Road. The small issues were taken care of immediately and because it felt like home we fixed everything else! The furnishings, the roominess, the lovely banquet table were all perfect for a fabulous Ocean city experience. I have been taking my four kids to Ocean City since they were little and now all grown they still love it here! Especially this house. It made our trip even more special!!

Spacious house, comfortable beds, great for all three generations to be together at the dining room table, roof top deck or living room. Kitchen set up handled multiple cooks easily. Back deck not able to handle everyone but still a nice spot to have morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Short walk to the beach made it easy for people to come and go as they pleased.

We all had a great time. The house had everything you could want: very large living areas, dining area, kitchen and super sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. 5 minute walk to the beach! Like other reviews a NEW lock box is needed
.. VERY difficult and extremely awkward to use. One other thing, could you do something about the traffic leaving town on Saturday morning??? It took us 2 hrs to go 25 miles!

owner thought of eveything you need to be comfortable

nice house and you can tell the owner knows what is needed inthe kitchen. David the host is exceptional.We had problems but our trip was not spoilted. i do have a suggection, and that is that they upgrade there lock system, by adding a door handle with the lock codes on it. We also had a mice problem, but hopefully that will be handled before next people come in. All in all, i would book there again.

Anniversary Dinner

We enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, we loved it. Our family gets together every November to celebrate our anniversaries and cook a wonderful dinner. The kitchen was perfect for that, great appliances and was very well set up. The utensils and glassware were excellent. The only thing that we would suggest would be that we were fortunate enough to have great weather and we would have opened windows in the bedrooms but there are no screens. That said this is a wonderful house and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Really Great Vacation!!

The house was perfect in both amenities and location. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Very organized check in and check out. The ocean was a bit rough for the little ones, but we took a trip to Assateague Island and it was the perfect place for swimming and relaxing. The weather was great and we all enjoyed this family time together.

Wonderful holiday home

We enjoyed this home so much! It was so similar to the pictures. It was enough space for us to spread out and be together. The kitchen is where we spent most of our time and it didn’t disappoint. Only thing is the heating as it would be comfortable on the second floor but cool on the first, thus we did have to have first floor ppl wrap up. Bring an extra comforter and you will be fine - it was also one of the coldest days of the year. Will rent again! No problems at all!

We loved having 5 bedrooms that were all master suites with their own bathroom! Kitchen was big and well-equipped. We had a couple maintenance issues that were handled quickly by the management company. Would rent again if we return to the area.

Family Get-away

Beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone. The boardwalk was only a 10 minute ride and the beach was a block away. We really enjoyed the back deck - we grilled a couple nights and played cards and had our morning coffee out back. There were a couple things we needed help with when we first got there, but Rhonda was quick to help us
.I would recommend this property for large family gatherings.
