Excellent location. Spacious property. Make sure you bring or buy your own toilet tissue and beach towels. While property was not ready when we arrived (cleaning crew was there) the hosts made up for it and the house was very clean. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this for families who want to be close to beach and boardwalk.

Very useable floor plan and close to what we needed! Not a ton of plates and dishes-I am unsure what is standard in OC but kitchen could have had more glassware etc. overall a great stay. Thank you!
