Makai 405 is a bayfront unit. Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. A drip coffee maker is provided. Bed sizes include a king, a queen and a queen sleep sofa. Linens are provided. Guest must bring all soaps and paper products. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This property rents any 3 nights all season! This owner offers a $50 military discount.

Non-smoking. No pets, please.

Big condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo space was the biggest on the 4th floor. The property was clean and easy to access. The only complaint we had was the mattresses. The king size mattress felt broken and very old/saggy. We never expect a mattress to be great, but of all the years vacationing, this was the only bed we could not get sleep with. Otherwise the property was great.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Great property and location as I prefer staying around midtown where I can walk to some of my favorite places. Unit was clean, had everything we needed, and was exactly as advertised. Check in and out process was very easy, only criticism would be that the mattresses seemed pretty old and were a little uncomfortable.

Apartment was better than the pictures. It was updated and very comfortable. Very short walk to the beach on 41st street (maybe one block away).

We loved everything about the condo! It was very neat and clean! It was close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. We did a late arrival which was super easy, however the dirty sheets were still in the bag when we arrived and the new sheets for us were not there. So we had one night with no sheets:(

The Condo was very nice and well maintained. We took the grandkids swimming and the pool water was very, very cold. Not sure if it is to be that way but the room itself was very warm

One of the best properties I stayed at. Check in was a breeze and check out even easier. Beds were very cozy and comfortable. They only recommendation is to get better bed sheets. Looking forward to staying here again next year. Top notch!!!
