THE SPACE

This luxury townhouse was newly built in 2014 and is one of the few in the whole community to have all high cathedral ceilings and 2 large balconies with direct OCEAN VIEW! Come enjoy the beautiful SUNRISE or relaxing with the sound of ocean!

Our beach house is not only equipped with all modern amenities and stylish furnishings, but also offers a short distance for plenty of outdoor activities near by. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located luxurious townhome.

This townhouse has all the modern conveniences. The first floor offers a spacious 2-cars garage, additional storage space for all your beach gear, and an outdoor shower.

On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide-open floor plan that includes a fully stocked gourmet chef kitchen with stainless steel appliances with granite counter top; a dining area that can seat up to all 14 people; a full bath and a living room with high end furnitures including a sofa bed (sleep 2) to accommodate the whole family.

On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full-on-full bunk with a full pullout trundle, sleep up to 6. The 3rd bedroom has queen bed with a twin pullout trundle, sleep up to 3. The master bedroom has a king bed also with a twin pullout trundle, sleep up to 3 and attached full bath. There is another full bath in the hall.

Our beach house is equipped with the following amenities: central air conditioning, 2-cars parking garage, complimentary high-speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker (both Keurig and pour-over coffee pot), blender, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher. Our smart TV in every room with Xfinity cable and streaming service including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO Max, etc., books, and family board games will surely keep the whole family entertained!

Whether it be a celebration of special occasions, or just a simple weekend getaway, our houses come equipped with everything you and your family need for that perfect vacation!!!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

***High school seniors (at least 18 years of age) during senior weeks are welcomed.

***This property has a camera that records the front door. It will be on at all times, but there are no cameras inside the house.

***We DO NOT supply bed linens and towels.

***For your convenience and enjoyment, the following are available for additional rent:

1) Linens and towels drop-off services:
-Option 1: $190/bundle/stay (includes sheets, pillow cases for all beds and 14 sets of bath towels).
-Option 2: $125/stay for linens or towels package only.

2) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 2 umbrellas, 6 beach chairs, 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories (damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)

***Grilling is not permitted in the unit and community per OCMD fire code.
