Welcome to your home away from home! This lovely 1-bedroom condo is located in one of the finest buildings in Ocean City, Maryland, and offers something for every guest. Sleeping 4 comfortably, you'll find a primary suite with a king bed and private bath, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. A half bath is located just off the living area. One of the best features is the private balcony with fantastic ocean and bay views—perfect for morning coffee, a romantic getaway, or a sunset toast. This 6th-floor condo is in the desirable 9400 Building, which offers a fitness room, laundry rooms, and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City. Shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the beach is just steps away. The building entrance is secured, and each condo includes one parking space, with additional spaces available for $65 on a first-come basis.
