Very well maintained and very spacious, 1530 sq ft, top floor condo on the ocean block located in the very desirable Ocean City mid-town area! Brand new state of the art HVAC system installed in February 2019 to ensure guaranteed cool and comfort after a day at the beach!!

The condo has a fireplace, High-Speed WiFi internet connectivity, 60' HDTV, Blu-ray player, large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, and a spacious kitchen with solid sandstone countertops. The condo is professionally decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay!

The condo sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom that has an en-suite master bath with a separate shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. All 3 bedrooms have TVs with a 43' HDTV in the master bedroom.

A Gourmet kitchen with Sandstone solid counter tops with all utensils and appliances to make a gourmet meal. Conveniently located within walking distance to great restaurants and local nightlife in mid-town Ocean City!

Outstanding views of the ocean and bay right from the balcony! Come to relax and enjoy this 3 bedroom condo as a perfect ocean escape!

The place was nice but it was not cleaned well at all when we checked in. We had to mop the floors and clean the bathrooms again. The furniture was old and ripped and uncomfortable .The photos are of what we swept up before we mopped and the rag is after we wiped it down.

Many positives but needed a good cleaning

Good location, short walk to beach. Close to the convention center, within walking distance. Adequate parking. Very spacious condo. We had a party of 10 and plenty of room. Plenty of dishes and utensils...even some beach chairs and sand toys. Dishwasher, washer, and dryer all worked great. The downside was cleanliness. The condo needed a good deep-cleaning. The upholstery on the living room furniture was very dirty, so much so that we looked for cheap bed sheets to cover them. We found some trash and dog toys under the beds, indicating the unit wasn't cleaned very carefully. When we got there, the AC seemed to be laboring so I checked the filter. It was very dirty. Luckily there were some spare filters in the closet so i changed it. The pull-out bed in the sofa was broken so we had to get an air mattress so everyone had a place to sleep.

Great location

This was a perfect spot for our tournament at the convention center. The condo was just steps to the beach, and across the Main Street from the bay where there are bars, restaurants, and shops for the kids. Everything in the condo was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and would stay again.

Great weekend getaway

We just stayed at this property for 2 days and it was great. Walking distance to the beach, to local stores and bars
. Super convenient. The apartment was clean and communication with the host, when needed was super easy and he responded right away. I would recommend it to friends and family and I’m looking forward to come back in the future as a family.

Excellent location and property

The photos are an accurate reflection of the property. The bunk bed room has new furniture and linens. The rest of the rooms could use updating but it doesn’t take away from the stay. The mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was available when the WiFi wasn’t available on one of the bedroom tvs. Also the parking spot is right outside the elevator!

The Best Beach Experience Ever

We have had many years of various family vacations at the Delaware Beaches and in Ocean City, MD. I have to say that our stay in this Whispering Sands condo unit was our ultimate favorite. The unit is quite spacious and extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook some great meals and having Belly Busters next door provided the Teenagers with great food options for lunches when they got tired of lunch meats. We were able to ride our bikes to the boardwalk every morning, which we loved. Having the unit so close to the ocean, less than a minute walk, was super convenient. The sunsets from the balcony were absolutely spectacular ! The owner is super friendly and responded to every question within minutes of my reaching out. Again, this was our family's favorite beach experience and we hopefully be able to repeat the experience in the future !

First time condo rental

First time condo rental in OC so I have no rental experiences to compare. The location on 45th was perfect for us being so close to beach and easy to take baby back and forth for naps etc. The condo size and layout was wonderful for 5 adults and one 18-month-old. Big kitchen and dining table. The cart to carry stuff up the elevator was much appreciated. Grateful for the 2 parking spaces and it was not difficult to find a 3rd spot within a block or so. Plenty of pantry and closet storage. We actually put the baby’s pack and play in the master bathroom for sleep because she is so used to being in her own room. Worked great and she slept later than at home! Definitely will choose this condo again in the future if the party size stays about the same.

2nd visit

We were thrilled to return to this condo for the 2nd year in a row. Love the location being so close to the beach! The private pool for the condo is great for younger kids since it only goes to 4 feet. Good communication with the owner before and during our stay. We left an item behind and he was kind and mailed it to us.
