The hotel is in a great location and a very short walk to the beach! The staff was very attentive and provided everything we could have needed. Indoor pool and arcade were fun as well. My only complaint would be the tight parking spots

My daughter & I stayed the weekend to celebrate her birthday. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean & well maintained. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the game room. Close proximity to the beach was nice. Didn't have to search for parking. I really like that they had carts by the front door to help bring my belongings in and out. I would definitely stay here again!

The Good: Location was great with newly renovated rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool and the hotel is accessible to stores etc. The Bad: Room service was lacking. Room was not cleaned for a day and another day we had to remind the staff to clean the room and ask for addition bal towels and comforter.

Hotel was ok, mirror in the room was dirty and never wiped down while we were there. The tub dripped/ leaked, half the outlets did not work (all the ones near the beds) never got dish soap, bath mat and bath soap where left the day before check out. Staff were friendly and tried to help as best they could. Close to beach, stores and restaurants location was perfect.

Our stay was good, quiet and the staff was accommodating. The location is great. Amenities are useful. The only negative thing I would say is a lot of their linens and towels have random stains on them. Even upon requesting new ones, they come with stains. Also the housekeepers don’t wear uniforms, it’s mostly young adults/teenagers wearing their normal clothes with an airpod in lol. But for the price and location it is fair

Bonita Beach is always a nice stay! Newly updated and will be beautiful when completed. I have to say that the “white” towels and especially wash clothes were anything but white. Hopefully they will also replace the very old mattresses.
