This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 2-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you want to do! The apartment is a large 3 bedroom apartment with a big living room, full kitchen, full equipment, 2 parking, wifi 2 bathrooms, and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The balcony comes with outdoor comfortable furniture. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and two pull-out sofas. All three bedrooms have two double beds. Also, there are two full bathrooms. The office will be located in the same complex as the apartment units. There the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers check, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night.

Please note, that guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries.

Great place to stay, only a block off the boardwalk and can see the ocean from the front balcony. Typical of your older OC apartment buildings, so you won't get the fancy new look. Just fine with me, don't need the expensive places. Owners easy to work with. Just so you know, apt 3 and 4 are on the second floor and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Cross street for this on 12th, so pretty close to action on the boardwalk. Yes, I would go back, and this same apartment.

OK but Old.

Overall everything was ok. It was an old property. Interior was old. Was not bright and cheerful. We think it should have had paper products and towels and wash cloths. That should have been pointed out online so everyone could see. Not many outlets to plug things in. No closets, just shelves.

Awesome rental

Me and a group of 12 stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. The home exceeded all expectations and was able to comfortably sleep 12 people. This is the best bang for your buck in ocean city, I highly reccomend staying here for your next trip

Great Place

My daughter and her friends stayed here in early June and it was the perfect location for them. The owner took her through the property at check in and check out and was very nice and understanding with the kids. It’s was like having a mom watching out for them while they explore this new independence. There was plenty of room for everyone and the appliances worked great. They made dinner for themselves there every night. There was a balcony that they thoroughly enjoyed and there were plenty of neighbors to socialize with. The week was a success for all involved!

Great Place

The best part of this property is the property manager. She ensures your place is clean, walks you through during checkin and is attentive to you during your stay. The place is not fancy as the pictures show, but it’s clean, in a great location and has access to permit and street parking. I will stay here again!

Family loved Ocean City!

The property was 1 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk. Very central to all amenities. Property was a bit smaller than advertised, but our family was able to accommodate. Need to bring your own towels. Very pleasant stay.
