Nice quiet location walking distance from the beach. Close to restaurants, markets and other convenience stores. Was prepared for a more barebones motel for the price, was surprised and how modern, clean and attentive staff were. Definitely more private and luxurious than some of the other options.

We had the air conditioning set at the lowest setting, in the middle of the night it didn't seem to be working not sure why, but our room was fine, but as most low end hotels in the ocean city area. The property is in need of maintenance. I would stay again

not worth the 119 i spent on the room that’s for sure. No night clerk and day clerk didn’t come in until 9am and i wanted to check out before that and be on my way to another destination. Will never stay here again Room was old, Floor was cracked and coming apart, very small tv that wasn’t even mounted right, just overall not worth the money spent.

This motel was not horrible I have stayed in worse. However, the floor was nasty did not look or feel like it was cleaned. When I booked my room it said it had a microwave when I got into the room there was no microwave. I had to go to the office twice before getting one. On the bright side the beds were extremely comfortable and the water pressure my daughter love for washing her hair! I would stay again for a last minuite booking.
